Why Pyramid?

What is DAS?

DAS, or Distributed Antenna System, is a system of nodes or antennas that are tied together to 1 Base Station or Headend.

DAS provides better coverage of a multitude of frequencies/carriers without having the major impact of building a cell tower. DAS can be customized for many situations whether it be indoor (iDAS) or outdoor (oDAS).

Indoor vs. Outdoor DAS:

Indoor DAS is installed installed in sports stadiums, malls, hospitals, courthouses and airports.

Outdoor DAS is installed at outdoor amphitheaters, university campuses, mountain lodges, and outdoor city centers.

Longevity & Location:

DAS systems are considerably smaller than traditional cell tower counterparts, making them much better options for congested, high-volume locations. In addition to taking up less space than traditional cell towers, DAS networks tend to provide better network coverage as well.

Pyramid is certified in multiple DAS OEM’s and can custom fit equipment to meet those requirements.

2. Consultation

We offer consultation for iDAS and oDAS. Our experienced staff will provide guidance to help meet your needs. We have relationships with multiple equipment manufacturers locally and internationally. This allows flexibility with pricing possible solutions.

3. Construction

Pyramid offers construction management services needed for any project. We have the experience and certifications required to ensure the installation is done correctly and to code.

4. Maintenance

Pyramid provides remote management of new or existing systems. This provides peace of mind that Pyramid will perform daily checks on your system and provide monthly reports. Daily checks create a proactive approach to any issues that may arise from the system. Not only does Pyramid provide services for the construction of new systems, we also provide maintenance services. Pyramid will send qualified individuals to inspect, fix, and check any and all issues and concerns.
