Robert McDougal

Director of DAS/CBRS Operations

Rob’s career path has been a unique one. He grew up in the Syracuse area and started out working with his father and brother at McDougal and Sons constructing custom homes. After earning B.A. in Drama from SUNY Potsdam, he moved to Philadelphia, where he got his first job in telecommunications as a Jr. RF Tech constructing oDAS nodes for a MetroPCS buildout. His telecom career took him to Baltimore, DC, New Jersey, New York, and New England, progressing to Sr. RF Tech and then Technical Field Manager. From there, he developed skills to develop and maintain DAS environments for the major carriers and Enterprise customers. He has done work at a number of interesting locations, including Gillette Stadium, Fenway Park, and TD Garden, and he has even worked on top of Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. Rob loves problem solving and brings a new level of expertise to the Pyramid family. He is certified in various DAS OEM platforms for constructing, commissioning, and integration and is PIM certified.

Rob lives in Minoa, NY, with his wife, new baby daughter, and two cats.
